How can I be sure of the quality of Noosh-Zad products?

We guarantee quality in three ways:

· Providing samples prior to bulk orders
· Supplying a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every shipment
· Arranging factory visits for your representatives

All our products undergo testing in the factory laboratory.

Are your products 100% natural and free from additives?

Yes. Our motto is “No additives, no preservatives, no shortcuts.” All Noosh-Zad herbal distillates are completely pure and free from alcohol, preservatives, or artificial flavorings.

What is the difference between premium, high-grade, and ordinary rose water?

The main differences lie in the essential oil content and the number of distillation cycles:

· Premium Rose Water (A’la): 40% essential oil, triple-distilled, highly concentrated
· High-Quality Rose Water (Momtaz): 30% essential oil, double-distilled, concentrated
· Standard Rose Water (Ma’mouli): 20% essential oil, single-distilled, medium concentration

Is it possible to manufacture products under the customer's own brand (private label)?

Yes, we offer private label manufacturing services for wholesale clients. You can order the product under your own brand with your preferred specifications (such as viscosity, packaging type, and bottle design).

Is it possible to place a combined order for several different products?

Yes. You can combine various types of rose water and herbal distillates in a single order.

Can I receive a sample before placing a bulk order?

Certainly. We provide samples free of charge; the requester is only responsible for the postage costs.

What types of packaging are available?

We offer two categories of packaging:
· Bulk packaging: 20-liter jerrycans
· Consumer packaging: glass bottles and disposable PET bottles

What documents do you provide for importation into my country?

We provide all standard export documents:
· Proforma Invoice
· Commercial Invoice
· Certificate of Origin
· Certificate of Analysis (COA)
· Health Certificate
· Bill of Lading

What are the payment terms?

Payment is typically made in two ways:
· Prepayment: A minimum of 50% upfront, with the balance due before shipment.

How are the products shipped?

Depending on the destination and order volume:
· Sea freight
· Air freight
· Land transport

What is your factory's track record?

With 30 years of production experience in Kashan, the Aghajanzadeh manufacturing plant is one of Iran’s most reputable producers of rose water and herbal distillates.

What certifications do you have?

We hold the following certifications:
· Health and Hygiene Certificate (Food and Drug)
· Iranian National Standard (ISIRI)
· Valid Certificate of Analysis for each product

Is it possible to visit the factory?

Certainly. We welcome our business partners to visit the factory. Simply coordinate with the export department to schedule the visit.

To which countries have you exported?

To date, our products have been exported to a number of countries worldwide, including Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Oman, and the Persian Gulf states.

What is the shelf life (expiration date) of the products?

Our rose water and herbal distillates have a shelf life of 24 months when stored in standard packaging under appropriate conditions (in a cool place, away from direct sunlight).

What are the storage requirements for the products after receipt?

Store the products in a cool place (below 25°C), away from direct sunlight, and in the original packaging. After opening the bottle, close the cap tightly and store it in the refrigerator.
